Is ZopeMag a print or online magazine?
ZopeMag is an online magazine exclusively.
As a subscriber is one given access to the archive of past issues?
Definitely! You have complete access to all back issues for the duration of your subscription.
Is ZopeMag still active?
We are busy behind the scenes with ZopeMag and Py. We need to get a new design launched
as well as a CMS we have been working on. We will be publishing more articles but
right now are only selling access to our archives. Our regular software development
work is keeping us very busy these days and that's why we only have limited time for
ZopeMag and Py. If you are an existing subscriber whose subscription has run out before you
got 4 issues worth of content you can contact us for a complimentary extension of
your subscription for one more year.
What is the subscription price?
Individual Subscriptions to ZopeMag are 49 Euros. A combined subscription to ZopeMag
and Py is also available for 79 Euros.
Institutional Subscriptions for Corporations, Governmental Institutions, Organizations
are 195 for ZopeMag and 250 Euros for ZopeMag and Py.

I have a Company does that mean I need to pay for an Institutional Subscription?
If you run a one-man business or the account is exclusively for yourself then
the answer is no. But if several people from within the same Organization or Company
want to read exclusive Subscriber content then you do need to get a Institutional
Subscription. Many of our subscribers are major Corporations (in many cases Fortune 500 companies) so
it is unfair for these companies to pay the same price as an individual. As the amount of Institutional
Subscribtions grows we hope to lower the price for Individual subscriptions.
Why does ZopeMag cost X Amount of Euros?
Since we pay for both the writing and editing of Zope documentation in
the form of articles, product reviews, in addition to Cover / Graphic Design, we have
to charge an amount where we are at least covering our costs.
Do you auto-renew subscriptions?
No. You won't get billed again unless you want to renew your subscription.
How can I pay for ZopeMag
You can pay with either VISA or Mastercard.

For Corporate/Governmental/Educational (Institutional) Subscribers we offer additional payment options including
payment via Check, Wire Transfers. Please contact us if you have questions.
Can I pay in US Dollars or another currency?
Our base currency is the EURO -- but through our partner Worldpay we are
able to offer billing in UK Pounds and US Dollars as well.
Rates for currencies other than EURO are computed daily by our billing
partner.
I’d love to subscribe to ZopeMag but I cannot afford a subscription!
Sorry to hear that but we may have a solution for you. If you submit a topic for an Article or a Product Review to ZopeMag for publication,
we accept the topic, and publish either:
- 1 Article
or
- 2 Product Reviews or miniGuides written by you
we will not only reward you with a 1 year subscription but pay you for your work
according to the terms laid out in the "Writers Guidelines".
